Finding the right location goes without saying is one of the most important parts of this journey...The site needs to be accessible and central to towns with growing family needs.  It also needs to have plenty of parking and near other conveniences we frequent like grocery stores and pharmacies in an area that is family friendly.  It is hopefully spacious enough with tall ceilings for all the things we hope to bring to our kids such as gross motor play structures, imaginative play houses, crafts and art spaces and a banging birthday party space fit for a top tot looking to celebrate.  

With this space we hope to bring children and parents together in our community and create lasting memories all hopefully with a tasty latte in hand.  We have viewed so many spaces and this part of the business plan is definitely no easy task to fulfill.  We have narrowed the search down to 1 site in Wilton and fingers crossed the landlord responds to the LOI with enthusiasm...

We have thankfully received tons of support so far with overwhelmingly positive feedback about my business plan and I'm optimistic we are moving in the right direction.  

We've pulled resources together with a team including a real estate agent, an architect, a contractor and an interior designer...I can't wait to make this space come to life!
