    Children under 6 months are free with a paid sibling

    Please ask us about increased membership savings options if you come to our space more than 3x a month!

  • Parents are encouraged to interact with their children in the play area with shoes removed and wearing socks at all times.

  • All children are welcome in our facility including older siblings. Older siblings are welcome to interact with their younger siblings and assist their caretakers with supervising and helping their siblings climb on the equipment. Children older than 7 are not allowed to climb on the equipment as the play space was designed for children ages 6 months to 7 years old.

  • Yes - Shoes are required to be removed inside the play space. We are a socks only facility.

  • We do not allow external food in our facility outside of 2 exceptions: 1) babies younger than 2 yrs old who require formula or breast milk and 2) parents who have booked our Standard Birthday Package and are providing their own birthday cake and food for their guests.

  • We have an allergy friendly menu and have indicated typical allergens on our menu to help customers avoid known allergens.

    If your child has a severe allergy, we are happy to accomodate to the extent possible if you let us know ahead of time in advance. We do not serve any food items with nuts on our menu however we are not a nut free facility.

  • Our memberships are specific to the child and any caregiver can bring the child but are not transferrable to other children.

  • Birthday parties are only allowed in our facility during private birthday party hours (3pm - 6pm on Saturday and Sunday) and are not allowed during open play hours.

  • Yes our capacity is limited by the local health code and we limit the number of children in the play space to 25 children.

  • Safety Rules:

    1. Our play area is socks-only. No bare feet or shoes permitted (children AND adults)

    2. Our tot-spot is STRICTLY for children 2yrs and under.

    3. No running in the play areas

    4. Use slides feet-first, one person at a times

    5. No throwing or abusing toys or play equipment.

    6. Children must be supervised by a caretaker at all times.

    7. Please be respectful to staff and other patrons at all times

    8. Please be kind and conscious of the safety of all patrons. No rough play or bullying.

    9. Please keep our play space clean. All snacks, food, and drinks should be eaten at tables on the cafe-side ONLY. No Gum allowed in the play areas.

    10. Please be aware. If your child is struggling with our safety rules or needs your attention, please tend to them. Staff members are here to enforce rules and are NOT babysitters.

    11. Please be well. Patrons should not enter the facility with a known contagious illness and Totsy Turvy reserves the right to ask patrons who are sick to leave the facility if their illness poses a risk to others of the facility. Please use available hand sanitizers before entering th eplay area and wash hands after eating and every restroom visit.

    12. Please be courteous. Change Diapers ONLY in our bathroom facilities where we provide 2 changing tables and supplies available for your use.
