A: Unfortunately at this time, no. We sell memberships and members are expecting to use the space at the open play hours advertised. You can delay the party by up to 30 min for a fee of $75 but we cannot start the parties earlier than our regular start times.

A; A deposit of ~30% of the cost of the party is required to secure your date and is non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Rescheduling is available up to 30 days from the original date without additional charge subject to availability. Cancellation policy: Full payment is required for cancellations within 7 days of the party. If there is a sickness or weather issue or other extenuating circumstance, we will always work with you to reschedule the party to the closest nearby date / time we can accommodate.

A: The parties do not include a craft or activity as for most younger children our space is plenty engaging with just open play as the activity. Kids just want to play and parents just want to catch up. For our Friday parties we offer an add-on activity ($40 / child) for a cake pop making class for children ages 4+.

A: No alcohol is allowed on our premises as it is specifically prohibited in our lease and with our insurance.

A: Yes – For Next level and VIP Parties, you can send us your order from Wilton Pizza and we will add it to your tab and order the food the day of the party for you. Our staff will pick it up when we pick up the kids’ food.

A: Yes we can accommodate up to 25 children at an add-on price of $25 / child over the 20 children included in our price. We only charge you for the number of children who actually show up so no RSVP stress!

A: We do not allow outside food or birthday parties during open play. However it is completely ok to book a play date with your child’s friends and then head somewhere nearby (Wilton Pizza is just 2 doors down!) for pizza and cake after. Please be sure to book ahead all of the children invited as we cannot ensure capacity is available without a reservation. Weekends are very busy so a reservation in advance is highly recommended.

A: Use our website or our app to check what dates we have available here. To secure a date you can book on our website and pay a deposit which is ~30% of the cost of the party. Please book online; we don’t take party reservations over the phone or by email.
